Negotiation

When you only deal with preapproved buyers, it is very interesting the level of "real estate intel" they provide.  These are the people who spend 7 days a week searching for a home. Going in and out of properties, seeing which have sold and which are still on the market.  These are the people that usually will never give their highest offer 1st.  How do you get more from them?  1.9% of any agents commission should be their level of negotiation - Are agents worth it?
